WOW!
It only seem right that after our feature on guitar flash games we look at another cool guitar related gadget. This is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. Iphone guitar actually known as Guitarist for Iphone lets you play guitar licks, chords and progressions on your Iphone. This appears to work great. Having played with computerized guitar equipment before, the most important factor in tracking your play is latency. Latency refers to how long the delay is from when you strike the string to when you hear the sound. From the looks of these Iphone guitar clips latency appears to be minimal. The software from MooCowMusic lets you play from a variety of simulated guitar screens and also let you record and overdub multiple tracks. While there are a few Iphone clones out there such as the Sprint Instint, it looks like they are a long way from mathing development on the Apple Iphone.
